- Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.

- Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method used during the purchase.
- In the event that an item has already been shipped before the cancellation request, customers may return the item following our return policy guidelines. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
