1. Customers can cancel their order within 24 hours of placing it, free of charge. After 24 hours, a cancellation fee of 20% of the order value will be deducted.
2. Customized or personalized orders cannot be canceled once the production process has begun.
3. To request a cancellation, customers must contact our customer support team via email or phone, providing the order details and reason for cancellation.
4. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 7 business days through the original payment method used during the purchase.
5. In the event that an item has already been shipped before the cancellation request, customers may return the item following our return policy guidelines. The return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.
