How do I place an order on 92 Bedding Store?

Open the product page, select your size and colour, then click Add to Cart. Go to your cart and click Checkout. Enter your name, complete address, city and mobile number. You will receive a confirmation by Email, SMS or WhatsApp once the order is placed. If you have trouble ordering on the website, send us a screenshot of the product on WhatsApp and our team will place the order for you.

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD) in Pakistan?

Yes. 92 Bedding Store offers Cash on Delivery across Pakistan. You pay the courier rider in cash when your parcel arrives. Online bank transfer is also available. See payment options here.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept three payment methods:

How many days does delivery take?

Standard delivery within 3 to 7 working days. Major cities such as Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, Rawalpindi, Multan and Peshawar usually receive orders in 3 to 5 days. Smaller cities and remote areas take 5 to 9 days. Custom size and customised design orders are ready in 7 to 10 working days.

Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes. We deliver to Punjab, Sindh, KPK, Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit-Baltistan. Orders are dispatched from our Faisalabad warehouse through reliable courier partners.

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges depend on the weight, size and destination city of your order. The exact amount is shown at Checkout before you place the order, so there are no hidden charges. Large orders and sale campaigns often include free or discounted shipping.

How can I track my order?

You receive a tracking number by email, sms or WhatsApp as soon as your parcel is dispatched. Enter that number on the courier company website to see live status. If you do not receive a tracking number, call or WhatsApp us at 0321-1181122.

Can I order on WhatsApp?

Yes. Send a screenshot or link of the product on WhatsApp along with your name, address and city. Our team will confirm the price and place the order for you. WhatsApp ordering is easier for customers who prefer not to use online Checkout.

Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?

Yes, as long as the parcel has not been dispatched. Call or WhatsApp us as soon as possible after placing the order. Once dispatched, an order cannot be cancelled, but you can exchange the item under our exchange policy after delivery.

How do I exchange a product?

The exchange process has four steps:

  • Send a picture of the product you received from us and the product you want on WhatsApp or by phone
  • Our team approves the exchange and arranges a courier pickup
  • Pack the item in its original packing and hand it to the rider
  • Once it reaches our warehouse, the replacement is dispatched to you

The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original packing. You must inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

What is your refund policy?

A refund is issued when the product arrives damaged or broken, and no replacement for that item is available in our warehouse. In that case, the full amount is returned to you. For all other issues, exchange is the first option. Full details are on our refund policy page.

Are the actual products the same as the pictures on the website?

Yes. All pictures are of the real product, not stock photos. Because mobile and laptop screens have different settings, you may notice a 5 to 10 percent difference in colour. If you want to confirm an exact shade, message us on WhatsApp, and we will send a photo or video taken in natural light.

Do you make custom sizes and custom designs?

Yes. We make bed sheets, duvets, comforters, curtains and sofa covers in custom sizes. Send your exact measurements on WhatsApp. Customised orders are ready in 7 to 10 working days. Custom items are not eligible for exchange, so please double-check your measurements.

Do you offer wholesale or bulk rates for hotels and guest houses?
