I ordered a 3 seater wooden stool from 92 Bedding earlier this month. I received it on 12 th Aug and was shocked to find that I have been sent a piece of furniture with many flaws. The foot of the stool was complete loss, it was loosely stitched all over and discolored at many points. Surely one cant place such a thing at home. Upon complaining they replaced it with yet another faulty piece with torn side with no foam inside and no wood at all just a casual piece of card board and thats it. The quality was even worse this time although I was in constant follow up for maintaining the quality. The courier guy was also specially rude and non cooperative asking for extra charges which were not due on delivery. He didnt wait so that we could open it in front of him. The company didnt take the complaint seriously and deliberately sent damaged item on both occasion although refund was requested. Now they are asking to send back the stool to Faisalabad from Karachi at my expense to claim refund. They didnt have such policy before and have updated it only now after realizing the issue. I kept asking for allowing to open the package but they didnt bother to listen. Can anyone believe this. I have been scammed. Everyone beware of these fraudsters.
