Claims can be done within 14 working days of making purchase and all claims will be

- We will gladly accept any unused, unwashed stuffs with tags within 15 Days of buying for a refund or an exchange.
CASH REFUND.
If there is any manufacturing fault in product then a refund will be issued within 7-15 working days once we received the item & will refund the amount to your bank
account/other payment methods.
Order Cancellation

Once the order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email that will contain the tracking information. As soon as the product has been shipped, our exchange policy will be applicable. 92Bedding has the authority to cancel orders for reasons such as; the item is out of stock, pricing errors, or the credit card payment declined by the issuing financial institution.

DELIVERY TIME
We are catering customers from world wide. The orders received from countries other than Pakistan will be delivered through DHL / FedEx. All orders received from Pakistan will be delivered by Leopards, TCS & MnP Courier.
Product will be dispatched within a day once order is confirmed over call or email.
Delivery will be done from Pakistan
It will take 3-5 Days for the packet to be delivered in Pakistan
It will take 6 -10 Days for the packet to be delivered world Wide.
